Here are the best coronavirus memes to laugh through boredom

Welcome to . . . we’re not sure what day we’re on in terms of self-quarantine, but here we are. As the country and the world continue to stay home in order to fight against COVID-19, we’re all starting to feel a little stir crazy and more than a bit bored with seeing our walls day in and day out.

Luckily, the Internet has arrived with plenty of memes to get you a chuckle as you work from home and try to get through panic buying and hoarding going on. So if you’re ready to have a bit of chuckle through the panic and horror, here’s ten of our favorite coronavirus memes.

1. Thanos Snap sanitizer

For Marvel fans, it’s a time to wish to have the Infinity Gauntlet. If only to snap COVID-19 out of existence, one person, however, fashioned an infinitely more powerful device out of hand sanitizer.

2. Toilet Paper Currency

Panic buying is not really helping anyone, especially any poor soul who needs some toilet paper. In fact, we have to wonder if our new world order is going to be a toilet paper monetary economy.

3. The ultimate 2020 flex

It’s funny, and by funny we mean a little terrifying, how the ultimate flex changes. Basically, hand sanitizer is 2020’s Airpods.

4. Kitchen utensil workout

While many restaurants and sites like Grubhub or Doordash are offering takeout and no contact delivery, most of us are going to bust out our cooking skills at home. Some of us for the first time in a long time or . . . ever.

5. Keeping your “routine”

Something that you (should you have a job that allows you to work from home) have been told is to keep your routine in check. For many people who live in cities, this means your subway commute. People have been getting kind of into mimicking it.

6. Probably a great time to spring clean

Now that you’re working from home and see the mess that has been kept aside until “later”, well, maybe now is the best time to do some spring cleaning.

7. PJs but make it fashion

One bonus, however, is that we can wear our day PJs and night PJs and no one can judge us for it.

8. Our accurate feelings toward 2020

I think we’re all ready to just punch an anthropomorphized 2020 in the face, like the line slapping the hysterical lady in Airplane!

9. When you feel way too seen

One thing many of us, especially the introverts, are learning is that our normal lifestyle and the quarantine is not that different in the grand scheme of things. If you’re running out of Netflix ideas because your watch time has increased, we have some great international suggestions for you. Check out our Korean drama or K-drama suggestions here

10. We’re not sure we believe this anymore

2020 was supposed to “our” year, just like 2019, 2018, 2017, etc. Maybe we just need to stop cursing ourselves and letting 2021 just be “a” year.
