Here’s a list of some of Epstein’s closest friends and family that might face legal trouble because of their connections to Jeffrey Epstein.

Which friends and family of Jeffrey Epstein might be indicted?

As Jeffrey Epstein’s name continues to make headlines, more of his friends are being asked to show up in court to testify about their involvement with the convicted sex offender. With Ghislaine Maxwell in jail and others being subpoenaed, we might be seeing more action from prosecutors investigating all the claims of sexual assault against Epstein in the coming days.

With new subpoenas in the works, Jeffrey Epstein’s circle of friends may be in the hot seat as prosecutors continue to investigate Epstein’s alleged crimes. Here’s a list of some of Epstein’s closest friends that might face legal trouble because of their connections to Epstein.

Glenn Dubin & Eva Andersson-Dubin

Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise George announced she was planning to subpoena hedge fund manager Glenn Dubin & Eva Andersson-Dubin because of their connection to Epstein, according to Forbes. The Dubins have denied previous allegations of sexual assault in connection to Epstein, citing flight records.

George is asking for information about Dubin’s hedge fund Highbridge Capital because Epstein assisted with the hedge fund’s $15-million sale to JPMorgan in 2004. Epstein was given $15 million, according to Forbes, for his involvement with the sale. Forbes also reported George is also asking for “documents and communications about Virginia Robert Giuffre”. Giuffre was one of the first survivors to speak up against Epstein.

Along with Epstein’s connection to Glenn Dubin, Epstein previously dated Dubin’s wife, Eva Andersson-Dubin, according to the Toronto Sun. The couple continued to socialize with Epstein even after he was convicted for sexual assault on a minor.

Leon Black

Attorney General Denise George is also planning on issuing a subpoena to billionaire investor Leon Black, according to the New York Times. She is asking to see financial statements & tax returns from Black’s companies to investigate Black’s deals with Epstein.

Black had many connections to Epstein even after Epstein had to register as a sex offender in 2008, according to the New York Times. Forbes reported Epstein gave Black advice on taxes & philanthropy.

Black also gave fees to Southern Trust Company, which was started by Epstein in 2013 at his Virgin Islands home. Epstein also convinced Black to donate millions to various foundations, including a charitable organization belonging to Epstein, according to the New York Times

Prince Andrew

Prince Andrew met Epstein through Ghislaine Maxwell, according to The Guardian. Maxwell & Epstein were dating at the time, but Prince Andrew remained friends with Epstein long after the couple split. According to flight records obtained by The Guardian, Epstein & Prince Andrew partied together several times around the world.

Prince Andrew’s name was first brought up after documents in Virginia Robert Giuffre’s case against Epstein were unsealed in 2015. According to Giuffre, she was sexually abused three times by Prince Andrew in three different locations belonging to Epstein & Maxwell.

Buckingham Palance adamantly denies Giuffre’s claims. Though Prince Andrew said he would be helpful in the case against Epstein, U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman claims the prince has refused to assist and hired a top extradition lawyer, according to CNBC.

Jean-Luc Brunel

Cofounder of MC2 Model Management and former head of Karin Models, Jean-Luc Brunel faced scrutiny over the past year after two models accused Brunel of sexual assault, according to The Cut. These allegations come after three other models previously accused Brunel of sexual assault during the 1980s and 1990s.

Because of these claims, French police began to investigate Brunel, leading them to search Brunel’s house, the Karin Models office, and Epstein’s Paris apartment, according to ABC News. Epstein & Brunel were reportedly very close friends, according to The Daily Beast

In 2015, Giuffre claimed Brunel supplied Epstein with underage girls through his modeling agency. Brunel denied these claims and even sued Epstein, saying his company was suffering due to Epstein’s bad reputation. However, Epstein won the case, as the courts said Brunel didn’t adequately comply with the legal process.

Alan Dershowitz

Alan Dershowitz is a Harvard law professor and served on Epstein’s legal defense team in the 2000s. Dershowitz helped negotiate a non-prosecution agreement in connection to sexual assault allegations against Epstein.

Dershowitz was also accused of being involved with Epstein’s sex-trafficking ring by Giuffre’s legal team, according to The Daily Beast. Giuffre said Epstein forced her to have sexual relations with Dershowitz, but Dershowitz repeatedly denied these claims.

  • Leon black and both Dubins should rot in jail and then Hell for helping Epstein. They both continued to support him even AFTER his initial conviction of pedophilia. Zero excuse. They could have prevented what happened but instead enabled Epstein. They should be locked up and the Key thrown in the waters of the Virgin islands. In my opinion, anyone or any institution investing with these immoral clowns should also be locked up as well.
