FIFA Says Japan’s Winner Over Spain That Eliminated Germany Correctly Award

‘Football’s governing body, FIFA, says Japan’s win over Spain in the World Cup qualifier was the right award. After three games in which Germany struggled to put together a competitive team, they were eliminated by a win from Japan.
