The Free Guy movie has been an absolute success so far. While the movie first hit theaters earlier this month on August 13th, it has received quite positive reviews so far with a current high critic score of eighty-one percent on Rotten Tomatoes. It also seems like the audience reviews have been praising the comedic science-fiction film endlessly as well. If you haven’t yet seen it, we highly suggest you go watch it as soon as you can.
Free Guy is a movie that truly has it all from funny moments all the way to cool science fiction concepts. There is also tons of adventure, great acting, and also a bit of romance here and there. Overall, we do think this is a great film for anyone and is a wild ride throughout. The talented Shawn Levy directed the movie and the cast stars Ryan Reynolds, Jodie Comer, Lil Rel Howery, Taika Waititi, Utkarsh Ambudkar, and more.

He soon sets out to become the hero of the game, going on a journey that is as wild as it is hilarious before the original creators behind the video game try to wipe out the entire server for good. Sounds exciting, right?

Like we’ve already mentioned, Free Guy is a movie that boasts some incredible talents in the credits, and this includes the leading star Ryan Reynolds. Anyone who loves American movies knows that Ryan Reynolds has been absolutely killing it in the Hollywood business these past two decades, as he’s made a name for himself through acting in fun rom-coms like The Proposal all the way to superhero flicks like Deadpool.

We love seeing Ryan Reynolds in action-comedies, and we’ll get to see him in another one on Netflix soon called Red Notice. The film is set to come out before the year ends and also stars big names like Gal Gadot and Dwayne Johnson. The star will also be in another Netflix project set to come out in early 2022 called The Adam Project, which is a time travel movie that also stars Mark Ruffalo, Zoe Saldana, Jennifer Garner, and more.
He’s also currently working on a musical adaptation of A Christmas Carol as a producer titled Spirited, but no release date has been confirmed yet. Speaking of reboots, he’s also working on an adaptation of the cult classic 80s Clue movie. Another project he’ll be in is one called Everyday Parenting Tips, which is a film that is based on a New Yorker article.
He’ll also be in an animated short series titled Futha Mucka, along with a movie called Imaginary Friends which will also star John Krasinski, but that likely won’t be released until 2023. Of course, we also can’t forget about Deadpool 3, which is possibly his most anticipated project of all. All in all, this surely is not the last we’ll see of this icon!
