Get to know Natalie Viscuso, Henry Cavill’s new, very lucky girlfriend
Move aside Yennefer of Vengerberg & Lois Lane, the hunky Superman & Witcher star has a new love interest. Not only has Henry Cavill been photographed with a new belle on his arm while on a romantic walk in London, but he’s made the relationship Instagram official.
On April 10th, he posted a photo of himself with his girlfriend Natalie Viscuso playing chess. In the photo, Cavill sits across from Viscuso with a charming, loving smile on his face while she surveys the chess board with pensive eyes.
While, yes, our jealousy is through the roof for this lovely gal, we’re thrilled to see Henry Cavill happy with a partner he deemed his “beautiful and brilliant love”. Here’s everything we know about Natalie Viscuso, the newly unveiled and oh-so fortunate girlfriend of Cavill.
Gushing about his girl
Henry Cavill certainly isn’t the type to boast about his romantic pursuits, but in the Instagram photo he shared he wrote: “This is me looking quietly confident shortly before my beautiful and brilliant love Natalie, destroys me at chess.” How adorable! His girlfriend must be quite special to him!
On Viscuso’s post of the same picture she captioned, “Just teaching my dear Henry how to play some chess . . . or . . . maybe he let me win?” Our guess is that she won fair & square – in more ways than one.
What does she do?
Like any overbearing celebrity stalker (it’s shameful but we just can’t help it), we’ve scoured the socials to figure out more about Cavill’s new boo. One of the first stops is Natalie Viscuso’s LinkedIn.
On here we found that Natalie is the vice president of television & digital studios at Legendary Entertainment, a production company which was responsible for bringing Cavill’s Man of Steel and Enola Holmes to screens. Before this role she worked in the scripted TV departments at the Weinstein Company and ITV studios.
The bright lass also attended the University of Southern California’s School of the Cinematic Arts, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from her university this year. She’s also a member of the Sigma Alpha Lambda and Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Societies.
Where have we seen her before?
Besides her impressive resume, Natalie Viscuso has been in the spotlight during an episode of MTV’s reality series My Super Sweet 16 in 2005. The episode showed her revealing some hardships from her early life but also how much she was livin’ it up as a rich girl planning the ultimate birthday bash worth $450,000.
The episode description says, “At 15 years old, Natalie is now living in a $5 million house and cruising around town in her dad’s Bentleys and Ferraris. What more could she want? How about being the most popular girl at school?”
Family
Another prominent fact about Natalie Viscuso is how she treasures her family. She’s a single daughter of her father Micheal Viscuso as well as her late mother Tammie Kay Baumann, but her mother sadly passed away in 2017 from cancer. A year after her mother’s death, Visucso wrote:
“Today I’m choosing to remember her in all of her incredible beauty, joy, and radiance that she was so loved for. The last photo here is only a couple of months before she died, and yet, she was still stunning, positive-minded, and shining with love. She never believed she was dying. She had such a hunger for life and desperate need for us to be together, mother and daughter . . . she just wouldn’t accept death.”
While Viscuso was very close to her mother, she’s also a very happy dog mom herself! Her Instagram is teeming with pictures of her cute French bulldog named Meat. She recently photographed him in a green St. Patrick’s day hat and chewing on a horse toy – so adorable!
