Mae Whitman came out as pansexual two days ago and Good Girls fans finally have some new content since the end of season 4! Good Girls season 4 was already full of twists & turns, but many fans were happy to have this latest curveball thrown at them after the finale. 

While Whitman’s role in Good Girls season 1-4 has never been confirmed, Whitman did discuss her happiness at the representation of her character in her newest show The Owl House, allowing Whitman the opportunity to showcase a part of herself only recently revealed.

Good Girls gone…..

Good Girls season 4 was the epic culmination of crime, sass, and humor as these stay at home moms finally pay the piper for their money laundering schemes, with Beth finally taking her place as the top of the operation. From arrests to dream sequences, this season was full of suspense & surprises to close out such a fascinating and intense story. 

Unfortunately, Good Girls season 4 was the last season of the show, with the official story being that the financials simply weren’t there. Though the cast made an effort to get a season 5 by using the internet like other shows before them, their efforts were sadly fruitless. However, fans of the show do still have Netflix to let them relive the craziness of the show as many times as they like. 

The show’s final season will be available for streaming in January or February 2022 for U.S. subscribers. For international fans, you’re in luck since the last season will be dropping in locations such as the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia on August 31st, 2021. However, in the meantime, the cast still has some developments and projects to keep fans excited. 

Love is love 

Mae Whitman’s coming out arrived during her new Disney animated series The Owl House with Entertainment Weekly two days ago as she discussed the show’s representation of the LGBTQIA community, as both of the main characters Amity and Luz Noceda identify as lesbian and bisexual respectively according to the creator Dana Terrace. She then tweeted her own personal definition of pansexuality. 

“I know ppl might be unfamiliar with what pansexual means; for me it means I know I can fall in love with people of all genders,” she continued. “This is the word that fits me best 🌈 and I’m proud+happy to be part of the Bi+ community :,)” Whitman wrote in the tweet after her coming out. 

She then linked to GLAAD’s Accelerating Bi+ Acceptance page. Though Whitman has been hinting for years that she wasn’t completely straight, this official coming out has garnered a lot of praise and shock on Twitter.
