All the houses on ‘Selling Sunset’ season 3 we’re drooling over

Some watch Selling Sunset for the drama and others watch the show to look at gorgeous homes they can only dream of owning. While we might do it for both reasons depending on the day, we can safely say we’re always fawning over the expensive real estate the series showcases.

We decided to put together a list of some of our favorite homes from the show so we could continue to daydream about them & invite you to join us in our home buying fantasies.

Versace mansion

This elegant home resides in Bel Air, but feels reminiscent of the sweeping estates you may find in England. The double lion statues outside the front door feel like a major cliche, but it adds to the ambiance of this modernized faux British home.

The interior decor includes massive sparkling chandeliers and a color palette of whites, creams, and golds. While we’d like to add a splash of color if we lived there the home is undeniably elegant.

This 1998 mansion has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a view of the ocean. The entryway has a towering double staircase, though we don’t recommend anyone look down from the top because the striking floor design below could potentially make you dizzy. The home was listed at $8,950,000 on the show before accounting for the furniture. On top of all this, there are five fireplaces, a movie theater, pool, spa, lounge, and an outdoor kitchen.

Fennel Place

Episode two features a $3.5 million dollar home built in 1955 that both Amanza and Heather are working on together. This lovely home is luxurious without feeling overwhelmingly large like a mansion does. This three-bedroom, four-bathroom home will be what we dream of tonight.

This home has warm wood tones, but keeps the place feeling fresh & clean with white walls, cupboards, and cabinets. The real star of this home is the backyard, however. A surprisingly spacious backyard features a dual pool/spa, a small lawn, which means little maintenance, an outdoor kitchen, and a large wood deck. The view of the city below is enough to take your breath away.

If you’re still not yet in love with the place, the garage was converted into a commercial-grade soundproof audio studio. Anyone who wants to make music, record a podcast, live stream, or make internet videos will immediately personify the heart-eyes emoji when they see it. Oh, also it’s still for sale if you’re in the market for a multimillion-dollar home.

Beverly Hills

Episode five of season 3 in Selling Sunset features a lovely Beverly Hills home with Spanish style architecture. This home is currently listed as for sale with a price tag of $4.2 million. The home has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.

Again this home favors the color white over all else though it does have touches of warm wood finishes here and there so as not to feel entirely cold and stark. There is a chef’s kitchen (oh we want it), an office with “library-style shelving” (we really want it), and floor to ceiling glass walls and doors to the carefully manicured backyard.

Again, the backyard is a showstopper with a covered patio and resort-style pool & spa with a fountain running into it. This home does have neighbors on either side and to the back, however tall walls of lush green plants provide all the privacy you could ask for.

Alpine Drive

This $8.6 million home makes us want to frolic through the rooms like a girl in a meadow. This spacious five bed and six-bath home is 6,409 square feet on a lot of 13,284 square feet.

This open home has windows galore, high ceilings, and a perfect contemporary feel. There’s an office, gym, entertaining bar, breakfast nook, an indoor water feature, and a staircase that feels like an art installation on its own. The home has multiple balconies & covered terraces to view them once again show-stealing backyard.

The backyard gestures a gazebo, outdoor dining room, a massive gas fire pit, and a uniquely shaped pool with built-in jacuzzi and lovely lights. (Did we mention this house also has enough solar panels to provide enough energy for the entire home?) It’s not just beautiful, but it’s eco-friendly too.
