Did Trisha Paytas lie about sexual assault? Why is her Twitter private?
Trisha Paytas just can’t get enough drama. The social media personality uploaded videos of them having a messy emotional breakdown on Twitter moments before they decided to make their account private. So, why is Trisha Paytas upset now?
Before heading to Twitter to laugh at some priceless reactions to Paytas’ meltdown, read what caused the drama in the first place. From continuing beef with their ex-podcast co-host and sexual assault allegations about their fiancé, the tears continue to flow.
Ethan Klein tweets about episode removal
The Frenemies podcast began in September 2020 and saw YouTubers Ethan Klein and Trisha Paytas work out their issues and have a laugh at drama. However, the show ended in June 2021 when Trisha left the show due to salary disputes. Ever since then, Ethan and Trisha haven’t been on good terms.
On September 11th, Ethan revealed on Twitter that H3H3 Productions would be unlisting an episode of the podcast in which Trisha “called out a teacher by name and accused him of molesting her during school.”

He explained, “Upon further review, these claims seem to contradict available evidence. Because of the nature of these claims, and the stress it’s causing to his family, I have decided to unlist the episode for now until Trisha can better illuminate the situation.”
Trisha Paytas lashes out
Shortly after, Trisha uploaded a video to Twitter in which they’re crying and pleading with Ethan and his wife Hila to stop talking about them. Trisha then posted screenshots from the Frenemies group chat in which they’re “begging” them to stop mentioning them and that the hate has even caused their fiancé Moses, also Hila’s brother, to be accused of rape. “I’m tired of living in fear every f***ing day to see what hate they’re gonna send my way,” Trisha wrote in another tweet.
“Every single time you guys make jabs at me, the hate riles up,” they added. “Do you not see what is happening? I know you check the subreddit. I know you have control over these things. When you don’t talk about me, this stuff dies down. I am pleading with everything I have.”
Sexual assault allegations against Moses Hacmon
While Trisha Paytas has always been a supporter of believing sexual assault victims before the abuser, she takes a few steps back after her fiancé Moses Hacmon is accused of assaulting another woman.
An ex-girlfriend of Moses spoke out against him for allegedly removing the condom while having sex without her knowing. This act is now considered rape in the state of California. However, Trisha Paytas has refused to accept the allegation and insists that the victim is lying.
Twitter users hilariously respond
Ethan has NOTHING to do with Moses being accused of r*pe. Like are you confused? All he did was put out a statement to say why he privated the video which had absolutely nothing to do w Moses….

Many can’t help but point at the hypocrisy of her actions. Additionally, some people are confused why Trisha Paytas would blame Ethan Klein for the recent allegations against Moses.
I don’t wish ill intent on anyone, but the downfall of trisha paytas is definitely something I needed to see. pic.twitter.com/kHWa5x3EGA

Like this user, plenty of Twitter users had experienced enough of Trisha’s continuous meltdowns and blaming others for the controversies surrounding her. Also, one Twitter user pointed out how Trisha Paytas can cry without any tears whatsoever. Despite her Twitter videos showing her straining some serious facial muscles, not a single tear fell.
