Ingredients
1 carrot cake, 10 brigadeiros, condensed milk, 1 melted chocolate bar, sprinkles.
Directions
- Break the carrot cake into a large bowl, crumble it until it is in fine crumbs.
- Add sweet condensed milk and mix until you form a dough.
- Open a small amount of dough and cover one brigadeiro in it, rolling until you form a ball.
- Add one stick into each ball and freeze for fifteen minutes.
- Dip your cake pops into melted chocolate, covering them.
- Let it rest and add some sprinkles on them. Enjoy!
Oreo & cheese cake pops

Ingredients
12 Oreo cookies, 30 gm cream cheese, 1 cup white or dark chocolate, 10 cake pop paper sticks.
Directions
- Blend the Oreos in a mixer until they’re crumbled.
- Add the cream cheese to the mixer and blend until the cream cheese has combined with the crumbled cookies to a mud-like consistency.
- Scoop the mixture out and mould them into ten equal-sized balls.
- Melt the chocolate of your choice.
- Dip one end of the paper stick in a centimetre of the melted chocolate and then poke the oreo balls with the same end.
- Once all the balls have a paper stick, freeze them for about fifteen minutes.
- After freezing them, dip the balls in melted chocolate to cover them entirely.
- Freeze once again for about ten minutes. Your Oreo & cheese cake pops are ready to eat.
Key lime pie pop
If key lime pie is your favorite dessert, you’ve got to give these key lime pie-inspired cake pops a try! The citrusy taste of the key lime cuts through the dairy giving a refreshing flavour to the dessert, all found in a tiny orb of cake pop.
Ingredients
Pie crust: 1 cup of finely crushed graham crackers, 2 tablespoons sugar, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons melted butter.
Filling: 3 yolks egg, 1 cup of condensed milk (400g), ½ cup lime juice (120 mL), 1 pinch salt, 2 cups melted chocolate.
Directions
- Combine the pie crust ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
- In a paper cup-lined muffin tin, add 1 tablespoon of pie crust and press firmly with your fingers. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, and a pinch of salt. Add in the lime juice and combine well.
- Scoop the filling onto the crust in the tin, about ¼ cup each. Bake in the preheated oven for fifteen minutes. Cool to room temperature and freeze for two hours.
- Take out the paper liners and gently insert wooden popsicle sticks in each of the mini-pies.
- Dip frozen lime pie pop into melted chocolate. Put them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and freeze for fifteen minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
Salted s’mores truffle pops

Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham crackers crushed into fine crumbs, 1 cup mini chocolate chips (175 g), ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 ½ cups marshmallow fluff, 2 bars of chocolate melted, coarse salt (for topping).
Directions
- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and pour into a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the mini chocolate chips, ¼ tsp salt, and marshmallow fluff to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into one-inch balls and place on a wax paper-lined baking tray.
- Freeze for fifteen minutes.
- Meanwhile, break apart chocolate bars and add to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave chocolate to melt for a little over one minute, stopping every thirty seconds to check & stir.
- Remove balls from the freezer, gently insert popsicle sticks and individually roll the balls in melted chocolate to coat.
- Place back on a wax paper lined tray and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Chill until firm and enjoy!
