At the after party at The Ned, Janet Jackson held court behind the stage in a roped off plush alcove with a group of guests and VIPs, and was joined by Siriano for much of the evening. Also in the area was Alicia Silverstone, Sasha Colby, Sarah Hyland, Audrina Patridge, Katie Cassidy, Coco Rocha, Laverne Cox and more, engaging in mingling and dancing.
