If someone tells you they live in Beverly Hills, chances are they have more money than they know what to do with. One staple of the Hills is their crazy, over-the-top luxury real-estate. So what are the most expensive houses in the 90210? Here are the properties you simply need to see for yourself.

172 Bliss Canyon Road

At $72 million, this 47,182 square foot house has pretty much everything you could possibly want. You can choose between a stunning ocean view and a sparkling city skyline depending on what window you choose to sit by. 

In addition, the house contains a professional chef’s kitchen, a 3D theater, wine cellar, poker lounge, oak paneled elevator, two-story library, two master suites, and five guest suites. The house also boasts six fireplaces, and forty-foot ceilings. 

Paradise Cove House

Paradise Cove House is situated on a stunning beach front and is worth a whopping $100 million. Decorated with a master suite, wrap-around deck, and 1.6 acres of property, this house just screams Beverly Hills.

1187 Hillcrest

1187 Hillcrest, worth $135 million, sits right next door to Minecraft creator Markus Persson’s $70 million pad. The house was built in 1970 by the late comedian Danny Thomas and was sold in 2000 following his death. The mansion’s new owner recently put it on sale but not before remodeling it with $2.5 million worth of Baccarat chandeliers and hand-woven carpets, among other luxurious assets. 

1187 Hillcrest is 18,000 square feet with seven bathrooms and ten baths. It also has grand pavilions for diners with views of the city, and a giant swimming pool. The next lucky owner will get to enjoy all of these luxurious assets – that is, if they have $135 to spare.

Palazzo di Amore

Palazzo di Amore translates to “palace of love” – and for good reason. This mansion is pure decadence & luxury. The 35,000 square foot home rests on twenty-five acres, and holds twelve bedrooms and twenty-four baths. Other assets include a hand-carved fireplace, a 5,000 square foot master suite, a 15,000 square foot, 50-seat entertainment center, and a vineyard that yields seven different kinds of wine.

At $149 million, the home is currently the second most expensive in Beverly Hills, and with good reason. The Palazzo di Amore also contains a discotheque, twenty-four-car garage, fifteen-person infinity pool, reflecting pool, tennis court, parking for around 150 cars, guard’s house, private quarters for drivers, guest house, wine cellar, spa, and stunning gardens.

Playboy Mansion

The most expensive – and most famous – property in Beverly Hill has to be the Playboy Mansion. The house, previously owned by Hugh Hefner, the publisher of Playboy magazine, lies at an impressive 20,000 square feet, and will set its next owner back $200 million. 

The Playboy Mansion is known for having hosted some of the most notorious names in Hollywood. The place has a zoo license and three zoo buildings, a four-bedroom guest house, catering kitchen, home theater, and game house, which contains modern & vintage arcade games, pinball machines, a player piano, and jukebox. The house also boasts twenty-nine rooms, a wine cellar, and a screening room with a pipe organ.

The owner of the Playboy Mansion can also enjoy a waterfall, swimming pool, sauna, basement gym, koi pond, citrus orchard, and two forests. The West Wing houses the editorial offices of Playboy Magazine.
