Do you think Hunter Biden actually needs a bigger net worth? Take a look if Joe Biden's son is actually selling U.S policies for a better paycheck.

Is Hunter Biden really selling U.S. policy access to boost his net worth?

Hunter Biden has been in & out of the media limelight these past months. Most recently, in early December, the famous son of Joe Biden reported that he was the focus of a federal investigation for his tax affairs.

On Saturday, The Conservative Treehouse shared a copy of a finalized report from the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on an investigation surrounding the father & son, announcing that the documents held “evidence of Joe and Hunter Biden conducting financial deals with foreign governments”.

So is it really true that Hunter Biden is selling U.S. policy to boost his net worth?

Hunter Biden investigation

What exactly is included in this document spreading all over the internet regarding Hunter Biden and alleged foreign affairs he’s conducted to boost his net worth? The Conservative Treehouse reported that the PDF file they shared “outlines how the Biden family sold access to government policy for personal financial benefit”.

The report titled “Hunter Biden, Burisma, and Corruption: The Impact on U.S. Government Policy and Related Concerns” reads in the opening summary: “This report not only details examples of extensive and complex financial transactions involving the Bidens, it also describes the quandary other U.S. governmental officials faced as they attempted to guide and support Ukraine’s anti corruption efforts.”

A total of fourteen key findings were listed regarding Hunter Biden, beginning all the way back in 2015 when concerns by George Kent, the former Acting Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, were raised to a then Vice President Joe Biden speculating a conflict of interest to Hunter Biden’s role on Burisma’s board.

In September 2016, Kent highlighted in an email to colleagues that Hunter Biden’s position on the Burisma board “was very awkward for all U.S. officials pushing an anti corruption agenda in Ukraine”, yet the concerns against Biden went unaddressed, even as they built up as the years passed.

Another key finding in the report mentioned that Time published an article regarding Burisma’s lobbying attempts to U.S. officials & Hunter’s role on Burisma’s board and mentioned he was protected from the U.S. Secret Service from 2009 to 2014, and he had received protection on trips to numerous foreign locations before his time was up.

Sketchy payments

The report conducted by the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee listed sketchy foreign payments to Hunter Biden that increased his net worth. The document reads “In addition to the over $4 million paid by Burisma for Hunter Biden’s and Archer’s board memberships, Hunter Biden, his family, and Archer received millions of dollars from foreign nationals with questionable backgrounds”.

Other reportedly sketchy payments listed included Archer receiving $142,300 from Kenges Rakishev of Kazakhstan that was supposedly for a car, but was given the same day Joe Biden publicly addressed Ukrainian legislators in Kyiv about Russia’s actions in Crimea with Ukranian Prime Minister Arsemy Yasenyuk.

The wife of the former mayor of Moscow, Elena Baturina, also allegedly wire transferred $3.5 million to Hunter Biden, and the report also mentioned that Joe Biden’s son also had associates with “Ye Jianming, Gongwen Dong, and other Chinese nationals linked to the Communist government and the People’s Liberation Army”, which “resulted in millions of dollars in cash flow”.

Hunter Biden also allegedly “paid nonresident women who were nationals of Russia or other Eastern countries and who appear to be linked to an ‘Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring’”, according to the report.

Controversy

These findings all are incredibly serious, but major media & news outlets have yet to write about this report. As allegations & investigations continue to roll out, we’re sure we’ll soon learn more behind the meaning of these payments and if Hunter Biden really was selling U.S. policy access in order to increase his net worth.
