Do you think now is the time to adopt? Jennifer Aniston isn't a fan of those adoption rumors. Here's everything she has to say about the rumors.

Is Jennifer Aniston adopting a baby now? ‘Friends’ star speaks out

“So no one told you life was gonna be this way . . .” Yeah, and Jennifer Aniston definitely didn’t see this adoption rumor coming.  The Friends actress Jennifer Aniston aka Rachel Green reportedly never told tabloids that she was in the adoption process.

The award-winning icon has previously spoken about her marital & family life, but “never” has she spoken about her wanting any children right now. Let’s see where this rumor started.

“First-time mum”

Per Buzzfeed News, the adoption rumor has been buzzing on the internet for quite some time. In fact, a source reportedly told Closer magazine: “I think she (Aniston) may have announced to her friends as the adoption has already happened. She would only tell the cast if it was a done deal – if the paperwork is done and there’s no chance of it falling through.”

The insider continued: “It is a joyous thing, so why not? And as a first-time mum, she’ll have needed their support . . . Its so great she’s decided to do this. She’s done everything else in her life and will make a great mum, I’m sure.”

Shut down

Now, we can all agree with the source, Jennifer Aniston would “make a great mum”, however, it doesn’t look like the Just Go With It actress is adopting anytime soon.

According to Cosmopolitan, Jennifer Aniston’s rep immediately went to TMZ and stated that the recent “rumors of Jennifer being in the process of adopting a child are ‘false and never happened.”

On the other hand, Elle magazine reported that this is not abnormal for the star to be in headlines for such a rumor and Aniston told the publication that the media always looks at her family life.

Family life

In 2019, Jennifer Aniston expressed to Elle: “I don’t feel a void. I really don’t. My marriages, they’ve been very successful, in (my) personal opinion.”

Aniston further explained: “And when they (marriages) came to an end, it was a choice that was made because we chose to be happy, and sometimes happiness didn’t exist within that arrangement anymore. Sure, there were bumps, and not every moment felt fantastic, obviously, but at the end of it, this is our one life and I would not stay in a situation out of fear.”

“Fear of being alone. Fear of not being able to survive. To stay in a marriage based on fear feels like you’re doing your one life a disservice. When the work has been put in and it doesn’t seem that there’s an option of it working, that’s okay. That’s not a failure. We have these clichés around all of this that need to be reworked and retooled, you know? Because it’s very narrow-minded thinking”, she concluded.

Friends

As much as we’d all love to see Jennifer Aniston as a mom, we know that her achievements in Hollywood are definitely ones for the books. She’s starred in many incredible films like We’re the Millers, Marley & Me, and who could forget the TV series The Morning Show

No matter what the media says about Jennifer Aniston’s marital or family life, there’s one thing we know for sure – the Friends reunion is definitely happening! After nearly seventeen years since the last Friends episode aired, we finally get to see our favorite character Rachel Green (Aniston) alongside the rest of the iconic 90s cast members: Courtney Cox (Monica Geller), Matthew Perry (Chandler Bing), Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe Buffay), David Schwimmer (Ross Geller), and Matt LeBlanc (Joey Tribbiani).

Entertainment reported that the reunion hasn’t released a premiere date, but on April 11th, the cast posted a picture indicating that the show’s special has officially wrapped up. Now, who knows what will happen, after all the “talk-show-style” is apparently unscripted. So what are you waiting for? Go get binging before the special airs!
