It seems like Lizzo & Chris Brown might have a better friendship than fans ever realized. Not too many people are happy about Lizzo’s self-proclaimed love for Brown but – much like when it comes to her songs – it doesn’t seem like she’s going to let anyone else’s opinion get in her way.

Over the weekend, a video began circulating on social media showcasing Lizzo approaching Chris Brown and asking him to take a picture together. In the video, she tells Brown that he’s her “favorite person in the whole f***ing world.” Ultimately, her fans aren’t too happy about this because Brown has a dark history following him.
Most people know about the domestic violence dispute he was embroiled in with Rihanna back in 2009. He ended up pleading guilty to felony assault and the relationship between him & Rih obviously fell apart.
She’s currently moved on in a relationship with A$AP Rocky and Chris Brown has fathered two children now by two separate women: Nia Guzman, mother of Royalty Brown, and Amikka Harris, mother of Aeko Catori Brown. A huge conflict of interest here is that Lizzo walked in Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty lingerie fashion show making the world think Lizzo & Rihanna were close friends.
If Lizzo & Rihanna are so close, why is Lizzo considering Chris Brown to be her favorite person? That’s the main question fans are asking. At the end of the day, however, it’s possible for Lizzo to be friends with both of them, separately.

Running into Chris Brown was probably an exciting moment for Lizzo since he’s someone she considers herself to be a fan of. There are other famous celebrities she’s spoken highly of in the past aside from Brown though.
One of those people is Harry Styles from One Direction who even tweeted to her, “I just took a DNA test, turns out I’m 100% Lizzo’s biggest fan.” Earlier this year she also hilariously & shamelessly sparked pregnancy rumors with Chris Evans, the handsome actor we all know as Captain America from the Marvel movie franchise.
The pregnancy rumors are nothing more than a funny joke but still, the friendship between Evans & Lizzo became abundantly clear. When Lizzo is a fan of someone, she doesn’t necessarily hide it. She embraces it. It’s obvious that the same thing happened when she ran into Chris Brown.
Will Chris Brown & Lizzo make any songs together?
One of the best things that could happen out of this situation would be for Chris Brown & Lizzo to release a hit song together. They both have a history of collaborating with awesome artists so it’s not like this would be something totally out of left-field. She’s collaborated with Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Nas X, Ariana Grande, Frank Ocean, Shania Twain, and more.
Chris Brown, on the other hand, also has his fair share of popular collaborations. He’s released music with Kid Ink, David Guetta, Jordin Sparks, DJ Khaled, Nicki Minaj, Drake, Tyga, Lil Wayne, and more. They’ve both got impressive catalogs of music which means they both know what it takes to bring the heat into a studio session.
A collaboration featuring Chris Brown & Lizzo in one or two songs would undoubtedly result in huge radio success. We’re going to keep our fingers crossed and hold out hope that they decide to work on something together at some point.
