Is everyone returning for ‘Selling Sunset’ season 4? Peek at the cast list
Selling Sunset season 4 is already set out to be amazing with the same beautiful real estate agents we’ve grown to know & love from the first three seasons. Now that Selling Sunset season 4 has officially been confirmed, fans are wondering what the plotline will be about, when exactly the episodes will be added to Netflix, and which cast members will be returning.
The release date isn’t public knowledge but we do know we can expect more mansion sales in the Hollywood Hills, more insight on romantic relationships, and more drama between friends & frenemies.
Chrishell Stause
Chrishell Stause is definitely returning for Selling Sunset season 4 and fans couldn’t be more excited. In the first three seasons we watched her get the hang of things in the Oppenheim Group office, get through a massive feud with Christine Quinn, and lose her marriage to Justin Hartley. Between season 3 and now, Stause starred in Dancing With The Stars and briefly dated her costar Keo Motsepe.
These days, she’s single and focused on her personal happiness. In reference to Selling Sunset season 4, Stause told Cheat Sheet: “It’ll be nice to kind of, you know, let you guys in on stuff. I’m excited to kind of capture some of the things I’m working on.” We’re excited to see it too!
Christine Quinn
Selling Sunset season 4 wouldn’t be right without the return of Christine Quinn, so the good news is that she’s coming back as fierce as ever. She announced her first-time pregnancy with husband Christian Richards and she’s maintained her fashionable trendsetting social media presence this entire time. It doesn’t seem she’s keen on spending social time with her castmates on the show though.
On Instagram she posted, “I don’t hang with jealous b****es, that’s a weak disease.” Maybe whatever drama has been brewing between her and the other women will be squashed finally in Selling Sunset season 4.
Heather Rae Young
We can expect to see more Heather Rae Young in the fourth season, plus her fiance Tarek El Moussa from HGTV. Young has appeared very happy since her whirlwind romance got started, so seeing more of that in the fourth season will be incredible. She has been especially close with the majority of her castmates these days posting proof of it on Instagram.
Along with an Instagram photo of herself next to Maya Vander, Mary Fitzgerald, and Chrishell Stause, she wrote, “Me and my GIRLS, back like we never left. It’s been so long since we’ve all been able to be in the office together but we’re back and SO happy to be reunited!!!” They clearly haven’t skipped a beat.
Amanza Smith
The personal drama in Amanza Smith’s life was put on blast in the first two seasons of Selling Sunset when she revealed she’s having legal issues with her ex-husband Ralph Brown. The former football star hasn’t been there for his kids or her since summer 2019. Selling Sunset season 4 will include more Smith and possibly some answers about what’s happening with her kids & Brown.
Maya Vander
A big concern for fans of the show is if Maya Vander will continue to be part of the cast or not. She’s hinted many times in the first three seasons that she’d like to live in Miami full-time with her husband & kids. Turns out, we’ll get to see her for sure in season 4 despite the travel time required of her.
According to House Beautiful, she explained: “I’ll just fly back and forth, potentially stay there for maybe longer during the summer. I have to still figure it out because I do have two kids now, so things are a little bit different, but I always get things done.”
Mary Fitzgerald
Mary Fitzgerald & Romain Bennett are returning for season 4, and that’s awesome! Their love story has been so interesting to see unfold. From their engagement to their wedding day, they’ve had a handful of ups & downs but they always seem to come out closer than before.
Bennett stood his ground about Davina Potratz not coming to the wedding, and Fitzgerald respected that despite the discomfort it may have caused. Their love and potential plan to have a baby together will be a great storyline coming up.
Davina Potratz
Davina Potratz left the Oppenheim Group but she’ll still be making appearances in the fourth season of the show. According to Radio Times, Potratz said, “It’s not that I wanted to leave, but I had a great opportunity. It was a purely business decision.”
Jason & Brett Oppenheim
Brett Oppenheim left the Oppenheim Group to open Oppenheim Real Estate, a new brokerage firm. Even though the twin brothers aren’t working in the same office any longer, they’re still both going to appear in the fourth season of Selling Sunset.
