  1. Price

Tour price is net price, in USD or Vietnam Dong. Our rates for cruises/hotels are usually per capita, excluding promotions and day excursions.

  1. Deposit and Cancellation

Deposit payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or through Western Union Global Transfer. The deposit is generally 30% of the total rate required at the time of booking. Cancellations will be charged as follows: For Flexible Rate Cruise Reservations.

For FIT booking (group under 7 cabins)

  • More than 7 days before departure date: No charge
  • 7 days – 3 days before arrival: 50% fee
  • Less than 72 hours before check-in: 100% of the total value
  • No-show: 100% of the total room rate

For GIT booking (group from 7 cabins)

  • More than 60 days before departure date: No charge
  • 60 days – 31 days before arrival: 50% fee
  • From 30 to 15 days before the check-in date: 75% of the total room rate
  • Less than 15 days before check-in: 100% of the total value
  • No-show: 100% of the total room rate
  1. Final payment

Final payment is due 30 days before the tour. These payments are due at our office or sent online 60 days prior to departure for GIT bookings and 07 days prior to departure for FIT bookings. If the booking is made less than 60 days before departure for GIT bookings and less than 07 days before departure for FIT bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, Paradise Vietnam may cancel the reservation and charge a cancellation fee.
